REDNECKS DO EXIST!

WOO HOO! That was a fun trip!

For those of you who didn't know, i was on a trip with my dad, my brother and my grandpa!

So, like, we went down to the Portland area of Oregon and picked up my granddad Lee. Next, we went ALL the way down to California. (did you know that texting California takes a WHOLE LOT of triple button pushes?) And then, after sleeping in this weird little campsite for a night, that we would go drive the ten miles down to the California coast.

That's right. We saw sea lions. Lots of sea lions. (and seals and stuff!)

-If you wanna see more pictures of the rafts of cuteness, just see my flickr page in like thirty minutes after i post this-

After that, we continued over the next day to see some big a** trees in the California Redwood forests. WAY COOL.

Yes. That is one tree. and those three strange figures at the base of the tree, no those are not gnomes. That's right. Those are people. Me, my grandpa Lee and my dad. (thank god for tripods)

*Just a note, these events didn't exactly occur in this order, i am just... yeah, you get the idea. Actually we saw the big trees before going to the coast, but you can use your imagination*

After one more night at that campsite, we went out to the coast and found a pretty nice campground.

My brother likes doing weird stuff:

Oh, and by the way, that thing that he is standing on is this sort of outcropping that you have to jump to. Oh, and you are jumping over a twenty foot drop to a whole bunch of friendly looking driftwood.

So yeah, we spent one night there, and in the morning we went down to the beach and screwed around in the sand. Somehow my dad got this really cool picture of my brother when he was messing around with my camera. Mucho overexposureo.

After a while of that, we headed up the coast, out of California and back into Oregon. We stopped at this one place where there were huge walls of water spray leaping up from time to time.

In the morning of course we headed straight out of there, eager to get home. We made our last stop at this beach with some surfer dudes doing their thing in like forty degree water. That's the Pacific Northwest for ya!

And of course i found some mud and played in it for a little while. It turned out to be clay :P

All together it was an amazing trip. This was just a really quick overview.

Oh, and about the title: On our last night, the campsite that we chose was just two away from this family of hicks and their twelve evil little children. We found them out after hearing a loud "Y'all dun git outta mah truck!" from this woman to one of her brats, a few seconds afterwards, we heard the most god-awful country music i have ever heard. Yeah. That continued till about 10:30 PM. Pretty awful. By the time they just about shut the hell up, i was ready to bash my head in with a brick.

Enaway, see y'all laterz!

Oh my...

Oh i feel terrible. I haven't updated in like a month. ugh.

Oh well. What interesting happened today? Let me think...

Well, one of my Mexican jumping beans hatched.

That was kinda interesting. I had them for like half a year, and the guy's website who sold em to me said that they almost never actually hatch. Well in this case it did. and it came out as a tiny little moth.

My dad tried to kill it because apparently they are not good for your house/clothes, etc. But i didn't let him.

It left this really weird thing hanging off of the old bean.

Anyways, i thought i would just leave a bit of a something before we go on our week-long trip to see the REDWOODS! Yeah, i said it.

Commodore update: I killed it. I am bidding on a new one. Wish me luck!

I got my iPod replaced...

Hello all.

I got my iPod replaced.

She is so beautiful is she not?

More pics on my Flickr page: http://www.flickr.com/photos/taizocurry/

So here's the story...
I was getting off the bus with my friend to go to his house to do some HW. And just as i was getting off the bus, i opened a new album, and the iPod started clicking really loudly. It wasn't through the ear phones, but actually coming through the case of the iPod. I knew that these things actually had spinning hard drives inside them, but it never occurred to me that they would ever having the problem of crashing...
So what i did was i called the Apple store and told them what was the deal. The guy said that it probably was the iPod's HDD crashing. I went to the Apple store and found out an outright replacement of an iPod with a warranty 7 years out of date would cost me $250. Ouch.
I did however mention that the battery life had been getting shorter and shorter, and the guy told me "Oh! Then that'll only cost you $59."
Umm... OK.

Anyways, check out my flickr page, see my pics, and thanks for stopping by!

5th Period

Well. At first i have to appologize. I have not been on in at least a month.

"I'm sorry."

Well, now that the tears have finished flowing, time for the meat of the story:

"Wait, there is no meat to this story."

"Really?"

"Yeah, sorry again."

"I hate you."

"..... O.K."

I am in Spang's Marine Science class. Ugh. We are learning about wavelengths and the coriolis effect and stuff. It's kinda cool.

My friend Gabe decided to come to school today. He has been out of school for one and a half weeks.

I'm using one of the computers at the back of the lab.
Haha. Spang made a funny face.

Anyways, no picture(s) today. Sorry. I know, I'm upset with myself as well.

More soon (hopefully)

Bye bye, Taizo

OK, what else is there to talk about?
OOH! i got a new camera from my auntie. It was my moms boyfriends camera, and my aunt just found it in her house.
It is a Nikon F3
That's funny, i almost typed in Canon F3 O.o DUH-HUR
I think that this will be the first blog post where i actually don't put a picture up :(

OK, thats enough from me.
Good night, and god bless you, every one. (I'm Agnostic ^~^;)

LIONEL!

I was digging through my basement earlier, and i found my old Lionel train set. I set it up and i made a nice figure 8 track thingy.
I also took some cool pictures of the train. next to my camera, this is one of my favorite toys. the only bad thing is that they are so loud>:(
